Hi, I'm Heather with WTI and I wanted to show you my heavy ball. I love that this has texture to it and some weight. 15 pounds is perfect for the ball slams. It allows you to get a good workout. Plenty of other exercises you can do with this like ab turning and passing it to each other with your backs together is like an ab workout. I'm going to attempt to show you this but it wears me out. This is how excellent it does. Slam. Sometimes this is called a wall ball or slam ball and it has great grip. This is a weighted ball with sand. Some of them are filled with air but they basically bounce back up too. Not this one. It's filled with sand and it's heavy and it allows you to get a good press and then slam and pick it back up. So, good thigh workout. I really like it and I think I'm done and that's my point of view.
