Hey it's Juliette from WTI and I want to talk about my Badia Arbol Chili. So this is a bag of whole dried chilies. I have used these to make chili oil. Something I like about these in particular is the spice level. I find a lot of chilies that I found have not been super spicy but these give a kick to your chili oil. So what I've done is I've boosted them first with a few other things, pepper flakes and these. I've taken the stem off and then I've blended them with the hot oil and garlic and other things and it makes an amazing spicy chili oil but also something that doesn't make your mouth feel like it's on fire. So I like the balanced heat that these have so it's not like my mouth hurts after but I can still tell it's super spicy. I like the quantity too. I got this because this has lasted me a while. I only use about about 15 chilies per recipe and the recipe lasts a while. So these are great and that is my point of view.
