This is the Bach Rescue Remedy Sleep Aid and this one is a spray. It's really easy. You just spray twice in your mouth and your tongue. Sorry, it took me a second to get it to go. This tastes kind of nice. I use this to relax and to get ready for bed or also if I'm traveling to try and rest in a hotel or on a plane.
