Hi, I'm Jackie with WTI and if you like to use natural remedies for anything, you may like these. This is the Bach Rescue Remedy Spray. I personally use mostly natural remedies when I'm not feeling well and so I love this. I keep this in my purse. It's a really convenient spray. It has a very light flavor. This is made with homeopathic remedies made from plants and it just gives you that natural stress relief anytime like just for daily stress. It's obviously not a prescription medication so it's non-habit arm forming. You just spray into your mouth. I two sprays under your tongue and it helps relieve stress. I enjoy this. I've used the Bach Rescue Remedy for years. I do find that it helps me personally with everyday normal stresses. That is my point of view.
