Bach RESCUE SLEEP Spray

You can throw this in your purse. I've taken this on airplanes with me so I can get a little extra rest on the plane. It's really easy. You just spray twice in your mouth and your tongue. Dr. Bach's Sleep Aid Rescue Remedy is made with six Bach flowers, grape spirits, and water. That's it! It's completely natural, has a mild brandy-like flavor from the grape spirits, and a little bit of an herby taste, and it helps me sleep. What's not to love? So I would recommend this to anyone who likes natural remedies and that is my point of view.
