This is the part that gives a little almost like shock to your muscles. So they are sticky on this side. They're supposed to be, I think, one time use, but honestly, as long as you don't keep touching it to maybe a countertop or drop it on the floor, it doesn't get fuzzy or sticky. I feel like you can use these multiple times. I'm going to show you how we did it on my husband real fast. Press the middle button, then you check, pick what you want, and then when you pick it out, you press the plus button and it will start. Anyway, back here these pads are sticky, so try not to touch them and you can reuse it. You actually shouldn't be wearing this necklace right now because you're not supposed to have any metal on. So he really loved this product. He said it felt great. It was almost like little bits of electricity shot through on his muscle, which helped stimulate it and helped with the pain.
