ARC 8 Inch Tortilla Press

Nothing says Taco Tuesday like fresh made tortillas. I'm Sarah with WTI and this Tortilla Press from ARC Advanced Royal Champion has made this process easy and fun. Because it's made of cast iron, it's heavier than other tortilla presses and it gives my tortillas an even press with minimal effort. Like so minimal, it's pretty much no effort. This came very well packaged and the only thing that I had to do was attach the handle and it was ready to use. It even comes with extra hardware in case you lose the hardware and plenty of parchment paper. All I had to do was put parchment paper down, place my doughball on top and then top it with another parchment paper and press the handle down until my dough was flat. You can tell by looking at this press that it has a lot of thought gone into it. I like the design. The handle is easy to use and grip and I don't smash my fingers when I push down on the handle. I also like the design on the top of it. It actually looks kind of cute and I could leave it on my countertop and it just adds a little character to my kitchen.
