Antree Pasta Maker Attachment

Hey, it's Megan with WTI and who doesn't love pasta? My love affair with pasta goes way back, but it's only recently that I've been able to try my hand at making my own homemade fresh pasta using this Antree stand mixer attachment. It fits perfectly into the port in my stand mixer and attaches in a snap with hardly any effort at all. I have wanted a fresh pasta maker for so long and originally I was going to get a hand crank one, but now I can only imagine the sore arm I would have from hand cranking a large quantity of pasta. I can gradually decrease the thickness of the pasta sheets I'm making by easily turning up the numbers on the dial on the front of the attachment. The automation of this stand mixer attachment makes the whole process so much more easier and way more fun. After that, I run it through the pasta cutter rollers for perfect evenly cut pasta. I really appreciate the ease of maintenance of this attachment too. It comes with a handy little brush to clean out any bits that may have stuck on in the process. I am so excited to be able to make my own pasta from home now, and this Antree stand mixer attachment makes the task way less daunting. And that's my point of view.
