Hey, this is Brad with WTI. I like to cut, mince up things. I like it quick, I like it fast. And that's where this ANKII 400 food processor with a two-cut capacity comes in really handy. What I like about it is it has a top design, so as soon as you remove the motor, even if it's still plugged in, you no longer are in contact with the cutting blades. The other thing that I like about it too is at the bottom of the cup, it has this rubber gasket, which if you've got it sitting on your counter, even if it's a little bit wet, it still provides nice grip, so it's not slipping around all over your counter. It has two settings, which is really nice. If you put a tiny bit of pressure on it or light pressure on the button, that's for vegetables and salad and stuff like that. You don't have to chop it up lightly. And if you really press down on it hard, then that's for meat and nuts. So I like that that's very intuitive. You think things that are thicker need more power, you push down a little harder. Also, what I like about it is it's kind of sleek design. If you decide to leave it out on your counter, it just looks kind of cool. It is easy to clean off, which is nice. It comes apart. It's helpful to know that it's made for pulse cutting, so you don't want to hold it down for more than 15 seconds at a time without giving it a little bit of a break. And that way, it'll do the job that it's meant to do. And whatever you're cutting up will turn out nice. And that's my point of view.
