Hi, this is Stacey with WTI. As someone who is a fitness professional, this book, The Concise Book of Muscles, is an excellent resource. It was recommended to me by my Pilates instructor and I really, really love it. I always forget how valuable it is until I need it and then I realize this is a perfect publication. For one thing, it's not a super big medical book. However, the illustrations are great. It would be good for anyone that is having some issues and wants it as a reference. It's also really great for someone that's an educator. I would definitely consider using this with my daughter for school. She's an elementary level, but it's very professionally done and it would be an excellent resource for her as well. So as someone that's a fitness professional, it's a great resource because it also has ideas for exercises that could be used to strengthen the muscles if someone was having problems. I do get asked that very often, although I'm not a medical professional. This is a great resource and something that I can use as a guide to try to help my clients. So a great book. This is by Chris Jarmey and I really love this as a reference and that's my point of view.
