Hey it's Jasmine with WTI and today I want to talk to you about this amazing little book. This is the Essential Oils Pocket reference, 8th edition by Life Science Publishing. So this little book, it is about the size of my head. And I love it because it has so much information packed in here and also it has a lot of pictures and they are in color which is really nice. The quality of the pages is really great. It's almost like a thicker catalog kind of paper. But let me give you a closer look. The way I like to use this book is first going all the way to the back. This little index has the name of every essential oil and symptom that you can think of. So for example, if you want to look up something for a bed of bugs, you can go to page 197 just like a regular index and find what essential oils would help with bed of bugs. So it gives you a little introduction here and then it gives you recommendations so you can make a blend here with Palosanto and Idaho Tansey. It gives you three different blends that you can try and that's it. It moves on. But I just love how it has something for everything. So if you use Young Living Essential Oils, I highly recommend this pocket reference. It's a very useful tool to have and that is my point of view.
