Our Point of View on Herbal Medicine for Beginners Book From Amazon

Hi there, I'm Sarah with WTI and today I wanted to talk to you about this book, Herbal Medicine for Beginners. So my husband and I have been watching a lot of programs lately where they're talking about foraging and living off of the land and we're really amazed about how many things you can use for medicine that grows in your own backyard. So I got this book and I've learned a lot from it. I like the way this book is set up because it goes by the plant. You can look it up by the plant and it'll tell you how to cook it, how to make teas out of it, and also what it will cure, what elements you have, and it has pictures which I really like. And then you can go further on in this book and you can look up the ailment that you have and it'll tell you what plant to use to cure that. And it has tons of different ailments in here so that's really nice, it has nausea, it has everything in here that you can think of. So I'm very happy that I bought this book. I've learned a lot and I really look forward to using it more. So that's just my point of view.
