Hello, this is Marlene with WTI and here I am with this wonderful set from All-Clad. And I have the 8 inches and 10 inches anodized stick set. I have to say that I love this set because it is so easy to clean and it's super, super easy to use. But let me go ahead and show you one of my easy recipes that I make with this set. One of my easy recipes that I love to make is nachos. So the first thing that I do is cook my chicken to taste, right? And whatever, however brownish do you like it. You can put salt, pepper and some seasoning of your choice. Then the second thing is my refried beans. And this one I'm warming it up because it's a really canned. I have an organic canned refried beans and I just have to warm it up. And what I do is that I add a little bit of water and I add salt and pepper. And again to my taste. In my case I don't do regular cheese but I can do goat cheese. So that's the one that I poured on top. When it comes to my husband he can use cheddar cheese. So we go ahead and just melt that cheddar cheese and put it on top and voila. Here we have nachos. So again if you are looking for a non-stick set that it is super, super neat, easy to clean, easy to use and it is so, so well made. I will definitely recommend this set from Old Plaid. But hey, that is just my point of view.
