I want to talk to you about something that has helped me so much to recover from post-workout soreness or just your everyday aches and pains that come from sitting at a computer or hunched over your phone. So I love to use it on my side booty, my glutes and my hamstrings, even down into my calves. And it gives such a nice release and relief. I love to use the medium ball on my lower back. You can move around on it to really get into whatever area is feeling like it needs more attention. The grip on the two larger balls is really beneficial for just getting in there and working out those knots and tension areas. The small ball has been really amazing to use on my psoas muscle. I like to put it on top of a yoga block and it helps to release my really tight hip flexors. The smaller ball is really good for targeted attention on pressure points or trigger points. I prefer to let gravity really help me out. So I like to place my body weight on it and that helps to really get in deep. I have seen increase in mobility and release in tension and stress and soreness. I've used other massage balls in the past and the quality on these ones is really impressive.
