A POV (Point of View) video is a video in which real people share their honest opinions of the positive features they enjoy while interacting with various products. These videos are unscripted, genuine viewpoints from the perspective of the video creator and include actual use of the product in real world settings. WTI utilizes credits in order to purchase content. POV Videos have a value of 5 credits. All WTI memberships include an initial allotment of credits which can be used for any content type. Additional credits are available for purchase as needed. WTI Members enjoy a 10-35% discount based on their membership tier.

Yes, WTI has some product restrictions and will need to verify each ASIN to ensure it qualifies. WTI must adhere to Amazon Influencer Video Content Guidelines and WTI video creators will not feature any obscene, violent, sexual, religious or politically themed products. If the ASIN requires additional parts to fully function, they must also be provided for our video creator to be able to use and demonstrate the product. The product plus all parts required for it to operate will be kept by the video creator.

WTI has over 50 video creators of various age groups with different personalities. They ensure a diverse range of perspectives and experiences.

Our video creators apply only for the jobs they are specifically interested in. Since the product is something they have chosen, this allows them to speak positively about the product and produces an authentic POV (point of view).

You may make a request for a specific video creator, but they may turn it down depending on their availability and/or interest in your product. If the video creator of your choice is unavailable, we would select another video creator who expressed interest in your product.

You may provide 1 or 2 suggested points in the NOTES section of your POV Job Request, however, it is up to the individual video creator to decide whether or not to mention them. WTI POV videos are unscripted, genuine, positive viewpoints about using a product. Once a video creator has been hired, no additional changes can be made to the NOTES of the job request. Keeping in mind the video creators are real customers using the product in their daily lives, not hired actors, a request to edit would be permitted only if the video creator made an inaccurate statement or demonstrated the product improperly. It would be at the discretion of WTI to decide whether an edit is required.

No, our videos only contain positive viewpoints and never compare products. If our video creator experiences any issues with your product, we will contact you before the video is created.

Once they have received your product, we encourage the video creator to use it several times in order to get a genuine opinion of what they like about it. WTI guarantees no set deadline due to any unforeseeable circumstances, but our video creators are very proficient and most will have the video finished within 2-4 weeks. It then goes through Amazon’s moderation process which takes approximately 2 business days before being published.

All videos will remain posted live for the duration of your subscription. Videos purchased "à la carte" will remain live for one year after purchase. WTI members also receive downloadable copies of WTI POV videos for multi-platform use with full usage rights for as long as the subscription is active.

Your WTI Member dashboard will show the status of your requested content and the video creator will add the date they received your product in the “Date Received” column.

Amazon will not allow video uploads for an ASIN that is currently unavailable or unsearchable in any other way. Once the product is available, the video can then be uploaded on Amazon.

WTI has no control over video placement on Amazon. All videos we upload are published to our WTI storefront and are at the discretion of Amazon for placement. (They can be placed on product detail pages, on the top of the page, or under the product detail widget, show up in Amazon search results, or on the video widget on Amazon’s homepage based on each users unique experience)

Amazon video placement can change and varies by device and user. Sometimes a video will be only visible on desktop, mobile, Android or Apple devices, etc. Videos may be placed in the “About this Product” section, “Related to the Product” section, in the “Product Details” section, or elsewhere on Amazon. WTI has no control of where our videos are placed on Amazon. However, all WTI members can receive downloadable copies of WTI POV videos for multi-platform use with full usage rights for as long as the subscription is active.

The ability to upload videos to Amazon is subject to Amazon's specific moderation. Our livestream manager will schedule your POV feature into an upcoming livestream and all the details can be accessed on the Job Request in your member dashboard.

No, unfortunately Amazon controls the auto-generated closed captioning and we have no ability to edit it. We are only able to adjust the title, the thumbnail, and the ASIN the video is tagged to.

No, it is directly against Amazon's policies for a video creator to make an online purchase and accept reimbursement from a company. To have content made from WTI, you are responsible to ship your product, along with any necessary accessories required for your product to function. If the wrong product is shipped, the product is damaged, has missing parts or is non-functioning, we will contact you and the video creator will not create content until the issue has been resolved.

No, WTI allows members to have usage rights only to POV videos ordered by means of the "Access Video" button. These videos are watermarked and altering is prohibited. However, if you "Purchase Video" (which costs 24 credits) you will receive ownership to the unwatermarked version of the video and may alter it.

You are responsible for shipping your product, along with any necessary accessories required for it to function. If the wrong product is shipped, the product is damaged, has missing parts, or is non-functioning, we will contact you, and the video creator will not create content until the issue has been resolved. The product(s) must be shipped within 4 weeks of being notified that a video creator has been hired for the job. If not, the job will be switched to DRAFT status and cancelled. Additionally, if there is a product issue and our Client Relations Manager has been unable to contact you or you have not responded within 4 weeks, the job will be cancelled and the credits returned to your account. The video creator will have the right to keep or discard the product with no obligation to create content. By consenting to the shipping clause, you agree to bear full responsibility for all shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs charges, and any other expenses associated with the transportation and delivery of the goods to the designated destination. The video creator shall not be liable for any such costs or fees incurred in relation to the shipping process.

No, previewing a video or requesting an edit to be made prior to it's being published is not permitted. These videos are not brand prompted and feature genuine user content. They also need to meet all WTI & Amazon requirements before being approved and pass through Amazon's moderation process. If there are specific things you require, it is your responsibility to provide those details in the NOTES section of the initial job request so our video creators are aware prior to being hired for the job. Fulfilling any or all of the preferences mentioned in a job's note is at the discretion of the video creator and not guaranteed.

Normally WTI videos are single product focused, however, if you would like to ship multiple products to a video creator and have them featured together in one video, you would need to include all ASINs being shipped and a request to have these products featured together in the "Notes" section of the job request for admin to review prior to approving the request.

Adding a note is optional and both WTI admin as well as our video creators will be able to view these notes once the job has been approved. If your product has color / size variations, indicate whether or not the video creator can select their preference. You may also request a specific video creator, a location preference, key product features you would like highlighted, important installation instructions, or other helpful tips for the video creator. Do not use the notes section to list product details. Our video creators get familiar with the products by reading product details directly off the Amazon product page, manuals, packaging and by thoroughly using them. Remember, since POV videos are from the user's perspective, it is up to the video creator to decide whether or not to use any or all of your included notes. WTI admin may also add to or edit your notes when necessary. EXAMPLE NOTE: "Can you see if Kate is available to do this video? We can ship the video creator the large or small size. Please show this being used outside."

Having usage rights to WTI POV videos means that you are permitted to download and use our unaltered videos on your website, social media platforms or elsewhere, while your subscription is active. Once a subscription has expired or been cancelled, you lose usage rights and must immediately remove all videos created by WTI from your Amazon product pages, websites, social media, or any other platform. Failure to do so is a violation and considered copyright infringement. In addition, WTI will remove all videos created for your brand from our Amazon Storefront 30 days after the subscription's expiration.

Yes, you will need to fill out the Job Form requesting "PURCHASE VIDEO" for 24 credits. This gives you permanant ownership to a pre-exsiting WTI POV. The video will be deleted from WTI's Amazon Storefront and you will be given access to download the unwatermarked version and have the ability to edit/alter the video.
