I make sure to use this conditioner at least once a month as part of my repair and strengthening wash day routine. After using this, my hair feels strong but not stiff. I can easily detangle with my fingers or a brush. The coolest thing about this product is that it repairs the hair without ingredients I personally like to avoid like silicone, sulfates, parabens and especially protein. My hair is low porosity so I like to avoid using products with protein. This conditioner is amazing whether you have your natural hair or whether you've color treated it. It's that product that should always be in your home but that's just my point of view.
