These are already in a carrier oil and I recommend using a whole dropper full because you do not want this tool to be dragging across your skin. You want it to be sliding. It's nice to have the addition of the red light because that helps to smooth my fine lines and wrinkles. The vibration is great. I like that it helps the lymph to get flowing and then of course smoothing it up and around and down your neck will help with that drainage.
