It is the perfect matte liquid lip and this is in the shade Naughty Noir and I have found this to be the best black lip I have ever found. It applies like an absolute dream. It feels so silky and luxurious on your lip and the dry down time is so fast so you get that perfect matte lip in no time flat. I really love the smell of this lipstick too. It just smells like an absolute like giant box of cake. It's so yummy smelling and I really appreciate how well this builds so you can make the lip a lot darker if you want and it is virtually transfer proof. There is just a small bit if you kiss it to your hand but you can see here on my white mug there is no transfer when I'm drinking my coffee so I am completely obsessed with this lip. I think this is the ultimate affordable matte black lip and that is my point of view.
