KOTAMU Digital Wax Warmer Kit - Our Point of View

Hey, it's Gina from WTI. I've been waxing at home for at least 25 years and I have never tried out a hard wax bead set before. This set from KOTAMU has really taken the guesswork out of where even to start. One thing I love about it is that it is so much cleaner than using a traditional waxing set. I'm a super messy waxer. I get wax everywhere and then it is such a pain to clean up. And even though I did get a little messy with this hard wax bead set, it was so easy to clean up. Once it dried, I just simply scraped it off with my fingernail on the outside of the warmer. The other thing that's great about it is that it really works. You can see the root of the hair in the wax and that tells me it's all getting pulled out, which is exactly what I want. So some tips I learned are that you definitely have to twirl the wax to get rid of the strings and if it's the right temperature and consistency, this happens really quickly and easily. You also need to make sure you apply good pressure and that it's thick about the width of a nickel. Now this is completely opposite of what I would do with traditional wax. So it took me a little bit to learn. And I want to show you the difference between when I laid it on thick enough and then when I did it too thin. You can see the thin side did not work as well as the thick side. I was waxing my legs and other areas that have thicker hair and I used the cream colored beads and they worked really well. All in all, I'm really pleased with this set and that's my point of view.
