It comes with a screw top. The consistency is not too thick and not too liquidy. This is in the shade 2W1 Dawn. It has great coverage, a very nice application. It doesn't feel heavy on the skin. It's more lightweight. It doesn't smudge off on your clothes which is very important. It glides on smoothly and it lasts all day. I used a brush here but I have also applied it with my fingers and it still goes on nicely. It's also great for covering blemishes and dark circles and it gives you a natural finish. So if you want something that's full coverage and high quality, you're gonna like this and that's my point of view.
