It shows the ingredients and the instructions on how to use it. You just peel this back. You have an upper and a lower. You're going to fit them onto your teeth and just press them against. Make sure they stick really well to your tops, to your bottom. They really give great coverage. And now you're just going to chill and sit for about 30 minutes. You can get something done or just relax. You then just peel them off your teeth. I like how it didn't leave my teeth feeling sensitive or irritated in any way. And I was definitely happy with the results. Make sure you brush your teeth, roll away the leftovers. And I was left to dazzle people with my pearly whites. And that's my point of view.
