Ayerim Red Light Masks

Instead of just scrolling for 20 minutes before bedtime, I started adding this to my routine. I'm Hannah with WTI and this red light mask from Ayerim is amazing. Whether it's reading a book, winding down before sleep, or even getting some work done on my laptop.
