Transcript
Hi, I'm Kayla with WTI. This is a super fun game called Don't Break the Ice. This is perfect for younger ones. The back says anybody three and up and we got it for our four-year-old and he absolutely loves it. So we have our little pal Phillip here, the penguin, and the whole object of the game is to use the mallets to knock out one piece of ice at a time. If more fall, that's okay, but what you don't want to do is let our little guy Phillip here fall through the ice. You can play as a team, maybe two against two or individually one-on-one and you just take turns hitting the ice cubes through, which look just like this here, little squares. Take turns hitting him through until Phillip falls through the ice. When Phillip falls through the ice, sorry, but you lose and the other person wins. This game is great, especially for little ones who like to maybe watch things fall apart or break things up. I think all little kids like to hit stuff and watch it break. So it's just fun that you can keep hitting the blocks of ice and Phillip falls down. And there he goes through the ice. When Phillip does fall through or the ice breaks, you just simply flip it over, put everything back in place and start over again. This is the larger piece of ice that Phillip stands on and you can change up the game by putting this larger piece anywhere in the game board. I like this game too because it helps teach the child strategy. They have to learn which ice cube to hit and not to hit so that Phillip doesn't fall through the ice. So if you're looking for a new game for Family Gate Night, don't break the ice has been pretty fun for us, but that's just our point of view.
