So, the way that I like to use it is well, if I'm in a hurry, I can just grab my Dye-Jies bottle and put a couple drops on my hand and rub my belly and that will give me relief in just like five to ten minutes. It works that fast. Another way that I like to use it is by making a tummy rubler. So, I like to add about 15 drops of Dye-Jies and fill up the rest with fractionated coconut oil and it just makes my Dye-Jies last a lot longer because it's diluted and I don't go through it as fast.
