Hi, I'm Jasmine with WTI and today I want to share with you guys one of my favorite essential oils. This is Eucalyptus Radiata by Young Living. So Eucalyptus has a lot of really great properties that just help with like respiratory support. So if you have a sinus infection or just really congested or anything like that, you can take a deep breath of this and you can just feel it like open your airways right up. It's very invigorating. It smells so good. So one way that you can inhale this is just like that straight out of the bottle or you can diffuse it. It definitely gives off nice spa vibes. It smells so good. I like combining it with lavender and orange too. It smells so good. But if you're congested, you can also use this as like a chest rub. Just put it straight on your chest to like open things up. And one of my favorite things to do when I'm sick is I like to put a few drops of this like on my shoulders or even on the shower floor and just get the water kind of hot and that steam kind of just like helps you breathe better. It feels so good. So if you're looking for some respiratory support, I highly recommend Eucalyptus Radiata. It smells so good and I feel like it's very effective. And that is my point of view.
