Our Point of View on Young Living Tranquil Essential Oil

Hi, I'm Jasmine with WTI and this is the Tranquil Roll-On from Young Living. It smells so so good. It's a blend made up of three essential oils, lavender, roman chamomile and cedarwood. So all of those oils have been studied and shown to promote relaxation, to just calm your mind and body, just helping relax, lower your stress anxiety levels, so pretty much this is just relaxation in a bottle. I love that it's portable. You can take it in your purse on the go, use it on the kiddos too. Cedarwood is actually known to help you create more melatonin naturally, so this oil is really good for sleep support as well. I like to roll it on the bottom of my feet at night and throughout the day when I'm feeling a little overwhelmed, I do like to just apply it on my wrists and take just a deep breath of it. It just has a really relaxing aroma. So if you're looking for a way to just calm the mind and the body, I highly recommend Tranquil by Young Living and that is my point of view.
