So seedlings calm is typically used for the kiddos but it's not just for kids. So I like to inhale this straight from the bottle just a few deep breaths and it is so calming. It has lavender, it has geranium, coriander, ilangylang, and a few other essential oils. So seedlings calm is so good just to inhale like I did, to diffuse. You can use it topically as well.
