YOGI GRIPS Back Roller Wheel

Hey there, it's Hannah with WTI. I've absolutely been loving getting more flexible with this set of yoga wheels from YOGI GRIPS. These are so versatile coming in four different sizes. The largest wheel having about a 13 almost 14 inch diameter and the extra small being just under five inches. They all nest inside of each other and they have been so great for me when I am doing my different yoga poses. Really helping me get the right pose. You can use them kind of like a yoga block but then I've also been using them in stretching my back and really getting that great feeling down the spine. They are all really comfortable to use. I think they're super grippy so you don't have to worry about like sliding off of the wheel while you're using them and I've really found these to be incredible for getting myself more flexible and just getting the exact kind of stretch that I am looking for. They're made with super high quality materials so these are going to be really durable and be able to use regularly for a long time. Whether you want an assist with some of your yoga poses, some relief for tension in your back, or you are just wanting to try these out, I highly recommend them and that's my point of view.
