XANXAN Light Therapy Glasses

Hey, it's Jina with WTI and when the weather starts to get gloomy, the day's shorter and the sky is gray, I reached for this pair of light therapy glasses from XANXAN. I found that when I use them for 30 minutes first thing in the morning on a continuous basis that I feel more energized and less like I have this dark cloud hovering over my head. So these glasses are so nice to have because they give you the convenience of being able to move around and do things while you're wearing them instead of having to sit next to a stationary light. These are designed to fit multiple head shapes and sizes. I do have a smaller head so these have a tendency to slide off unless I use the head strap so I found that that was very helpful. Another feature that I find extremely helpful is that I can set the time limit on it. So you can do 15, 30, or 45 minute increments and then I don't have to set a timer on my phone or something else. It will just automatically turn off when my time is up. This also has a gradual increase in brightness so it starts off low and then it increases to full luminosity within 60 seconds to give your eyes time to adjust. I consider these must-haves in my home and that's my point of view.
