White Cap Baking Pan Spray

Hey guys, it's Sam here at WTI. I want to tell you about this awesome White Cap bakery release spray. It's really good for baking, obviously, and it has a really, really fine mist that sprays out. I used this recently for cookies, and the cookies just came right off the pan, which was so nice and convenient. All you do is you shake the can, and then you spray. It says eight to ten inches from cooking surface or pan and away from heat source, obviously. Then you spray a light coating, and then it helps make sure your food comes right up. This was a gift from someone, so we kind of stumbled upon this, but it was really, really nice, and I feel like it worked really well, which is great. So I definitely recommend this. I think it'll help make your baking just a little bit more easy, and that is my point of view.
