It really gets around there and it's pretty big so it does a lot of the area around that hard muscle. Another one of my favorites is the wishbone. It takes care of the neck and the spine and it really does a good job. It also comes with the arrowhead, the IT band blade, the knot butt blaster and the knot buster. These are all great when you need to get those knots or anything out of your back, your neck, any part on your body. It also came with the charger that you plug in the brake in the bottom here. So there's three settings on here. You've got to push and hold and it tells you if you have left on it. You push the power button again and again. There's three intensity settings. So if you're looking for a at home deep tissue massage, this will definitely do the trick for you. I highly recommend this and that's my point of view.
