Hi, this is Yuki with WTI and I'm here to talk about the URBNFit Balance Disc. So this is a color gray. It does come in other colors. This is the 13 inch diameter. It is so durable. I really like using this because it helps improve my balance and it also helps improve my core strength. And what I also like that it comes with a balance disc workout guide. So it has nine different guides to choose from. So I thought that was very convenient and very helpful. So this is the pump it comes with and it has two of these. So you just have to pull it out and then screw it in there. And then you just put it in there and then you start pumping. Easy peasy, right? Alright, so I'm just going to show you like a few examples of how I use this to balance and to strengthen my core. So give me one moment. So who likes planking? Because I sure don't. But I do this because I see the benefits. You can also use this as a seat cushion and it also helps maintain better posture. It relieves back and neck pain. So it's super versatile, very functional. I highly recommend it. But that's my point of view.
