Hello, it's Alicia with WTI and I want to show you this set of resistance bands from URBANFit that will make any space that you are in your own personal gym. These things are awesome. I love that they are super versatile. You can take these anywhere with you. They don't take up much space. They are not that heavy. But these things are heavy duty and you will get an amazing workout with these. So what I was looking for was a set of resistance bands that would help me with pull up progression. So what you can do with these is attach them to a pull up bar and use that to put your foot in and the resistance from the band actually helps to pull you up. And since there are all different sizes, as you get a little bit stronger you can use less and less of an assistance with your pull up. So it helps you to grow and to get stronger and to be able to see your progress which is really really cool. But another thing that's just great about these is you can use them for a lot of different exercises not just for pull ups. So you can use these in place of weights in so many different ways. You can use them for doing things like deadlifts, squats, adding resistance to that with these big heavy bands. And let me tell you they are definitely heavy. They're going to give you a really good workout. The lighter bands are great for working your upper body, for using them with stretching and mobility training. There's just so many options so I just really love them. They are such a good quality. You can feel how durable, how strong they are. You don't have to worry that these are going to snap and you're going to get hurt. They're just an awesome piece of fitness equipment that I'm super happy to have and that is my point of view.
