Especially if you're changing a diaper in the car, you can just pull out a bag which you would just rotate this until you see the edge of the bag and then you would just pull one out and cut along that perforated line. If you pulled out too many bags, you can just roll it back in by twisting this side. The bag is also a really good size so you can fit a diaper in here, your wipes, anything else you need to discard of with still plenty of room on the top to make a knot without getting your hands dirty. The little silicone strap is also really easy to attach to anywhere you want. I like to either put it on my diaper bag or on my portable changing pad. It's really convenient to have one there as well.
