Our Point of View on U-Taste Stainless Steel Cooling Racks From Amazon

Hey, it's Kate with WTI and I wanted to show you guys this U-Taste stainless steel rack. So this is something that every kitchen needs. It's a multi-purpose item. I especially like to use it as a cooling rack. So when I'm doing any sort of baking, cookies, muffins, I like to put it hot out of the oven onto this rack to cool and get nice and crisp. So you can see that there's nice rounded legs on here and just that little bit of elevation lets the air circulate around and give you a nice crisp base to your cookie. Nothing gets soggy. It just really does a great job at that. Now it is oven safe so you can also use this for baking, roasting, grilling, all of that kind of thing. It's nice because you put your meat on here. You can have all the grease drip down which is fantastic. Vegetables, same thing. If you're roasting you can get that nice air circulation around to get a really crisp finished product. It's also stainless steel. There's no coating on here so you don't have to worry about anything chipping off. You can throw this in the dishwasher. It won't rest on you. Really sturdy and I also like how close the little squares are. So if you are doing a smaller item you don't have to worry about it falling through and landing in your oven and getting all burnt. This will keep it in place. It's a nice large size. I put it right onto my cookie sheet and I find it's a perfect fit. So if you're looking for something that's high quality that will do the job. I highly recommend this. I think it's a great addition to your kitchen and that's my point of view.
