When you're needing just something a little relaxation you just heat up some water, tear open. There's a little easy spot right here that's open like that so you can just easily tear it off. Put the tea bag into your cup right here. Let it sit for about two or three minutes and it's just a very relaxing tasty cup of tea. Very well rounded cup. It will really calm you down. It's just been a very nice easy to use product for us. The taste is very great as well. From our experience I think you'll really enjoy this tea. It's very reliable and when you need some comfort it really gets the job done. That's my point of view.
