Hi, it's Gina with WTI. If you're looking to level up some of your exercise or stretching routines, then you should check out these Trideer yoga blocks. I'm definitely a beginner when it comes to some of these poses or routines, but I found that these blocks help me, especially if I'm feeling tighter during the day, to get into a deeper stretch or if I need support when I'm doing certain exercises. So I'm five foot four inches tall, 130 pounds, and this supports me just fine if I want to do like tricep dips or pushups with them. They're really soft and cushy, but they're very supportive and solid as well. So they're nine by six by three inches and they've been perfect to implement into my exercise and stretch routine. I definitely recommend these. I'm so glad that I have them to help support my routine to keep me fit. And that's my point of view.
