TKO 40lb Cardio Pump Set

Hey guys, I'm Mateo with WTI and this is the TKO 40 pound weight set. This has been so much fun to work out with. I am able to do so many different exercises anywhere from deadlifts, back squats, bicep curls, front squats, you name it. I can use it for practically anything. It comes with different size weights so I can exchange them or add more weight depending on what I want to do. And I love that the weights have flat sides so the bar doesn't roll away from me while I'm taking a breather from the workout. The bar has a foam coating on it so it's very comfortable to hold with my hands. But especially if I'm doing a back squat it doesn't hurt the back of my neck. The whole set from the bar to the weights it's built very strong and has been very durable. And that is my point of view.
