Transcript

Hey guys, I'm Mateo with WTI and this is the Titan Fitness Olympic Trap Bar and this was such a lifesaver for me so I could finally enjoy doing squats and deadlifts. Normally with a regular Olympic workout bar I tend to scratch or hit my shins all the time when I'm doing deadlifts and it gets pretty annoying but with this trap bar I don't have to worry or be thinking about not hitting my shins. I only focus on doing the deadlifts correctly. I like that just the bar weighs 45 pounds so I can use just a bar to warm up or to slowly work my way up. It's built very strong. It can handle a lot of weight at once but it feels very stable and sturdy. The grip of the handles is great and it's very comfortable to hold with my hands and that is my point of view.
