Hey guys, it's Alicia with WTI and I want to show you one of my favorite indoor cycling accessories. These are my TIEM slipstream indoor cycling shoes and I love these shoes. They're so comfortable, they're so supportive, they give you a really great feel on the bike. You definitely feel like you have a lot of control over the pedals and over your movement and muscle engagement and I just absolutely love them. I bought these originally to use at a spin studio and when I got a bike for home, I actually changed out the pedal so that I could use these shoes on my home bike as well because they're just that comfortable, they feel amazing and I love that you can get off the bike and still be able to walk because where those clips are is recessed so you have the ability to actually walk flat and move around easily with them. So even off the bike, really comfy and you're able to walk around easily and I also love that they just look like regular cute sneakers. So definitely happy with this purchase. I would highly, highly, highly recommend if you are going to a spin studio with SPD compatible clips or you have a home bike and you can put SPD pedals on it, then I would definitely go for these shoes. They're awesome, that's my point of view.
