Hey everyone it's Paula from WTI and I just wanted to share my new TheraPaQ. I'm really excited to have this because I always wanted one. I used to work for a chiropractor and he would always recommend people to buy these because they help a lot with injuries. You want cold compresses if you're going to be trying to get swelling to go down. You know, I always wanted one. Never had one until now. So yay! It's a gel like consistency and that makes it really comfortable to wear around. Not like a hard block of ice. What I like about it is that it can also be used as a warm compress. I didn't know they could do that but you can even heat it up in the microwave or put it in warm water. So very versatile in that sense. Personally I'll probably just keep this in my freezer permanently so that I can have it accessible. When it does come out of the freezer it's a little stiff so you want to manipulate a little bit to get it soft again. But it has this handy little strap so that if you're using it for your back you can just strap it around yourself with the velcro and not have to be walking around holding it on your back. But it's so versatile because it is soft that you can use it for different areas of the body. For example, I used it on my neck the other day and it felt so good. I had a terrible headache and I just sat this at the base of my skull and it really did help a little bit bring down some of that tension. So I highly recommend it. I think I'll probably be getting other sizes as well. Check out what other options they have and that's my point of view.
