Hi, Cheryl here with What Tools Inside. I wanted to talk to you today about this Gel Pack with Wrap from TheraPAQ. I got this from Amazon last week and I'm really impressed with it. Let me show you a few things that I like about it. So firstly, I love its sheer size. It's such a huge, extra large bag filled with gel in three compartments. You can see them there. I think the bag I had before this for injuries was probably a third of the size of this. So the size itself will cover so much area on your body. That's something that I really, really liked about it. Also, they printed the instructions right on the back. So that's a great feature because once you dispose of the box, then you always have the instructions for the whole time you have the product. I thought that was smart too. It tells you right on it that you can use it for cold application or for a hot application. So a cold application, if you had an injury, you'd want to bring down the swelling. So within the first 48 hours of the injury, you'd for sure want to put cold compress on you. So this would be perfect for that. You put it in your freezer for about two hours and it's good on your body for about 30 minutes to an hour. So they sell these gel packs separately as well. So it's a smart idea to get an extra one. That way you can have, you can switch them out once it gets to be too, once it warms up and you want to switch it out. So that's a great feature. I actually used it today in a hot application. So I'd have a really sore, tight, kinked neck and shoulder just from sitting at a computer. So I wanted to get some pain relief and just relax that muscle. So what I did was I boiled water in my kettle and I placed it in that mixing bowl and I put it in there for about 10 minutes. So it got really nice and warm. And then from there I placed it in the wrap cover. It tells you right on here that you can also microwave it. But I prefer to use, I know I'm going to prefer to use it by just boiling water. So it's up to you what you like. So it comes with this bag that is the wrap cover that it'll go inside of. The one side is sort of a felt material and it's got two velcro strips on it. The bag, the gel pack will get placed inside. You can see the mesh net there, material on the other side, which is great because then you can fill either the cold or the hot of the gel pack. And just velcro is shut really easily. It has these really long straps. There's two of them. So you can pull on that, wrap it around your body and bring it back around, wrap it to the bag. And it's a really tight, good velcro. Really quality material. The box itself shows some examples of how you want to wrap your body with this. And I've tried the different ones demonstrated and they work great. Especially if you had like a hip replacement or an injury to your knee or even knee replacement, this would be ideal. So I really like this product. I found it really easy to use, really great quality. I know I'm going to get a lot of use out of it. I think you would too. That's just my point of view.
