Hi, I'm Nina with WTI. This is the Thera Cane. I bought this one primarily because the plastic is harder. I didn't want my plastic to bend and take away some of the pressure when I'm using it, so I'm really happy with that. I use it mostly for my upper traps, so you just put it on your upper traps, pull down. Depending on how tall or short you are, you've got plenty of things to rest your hand on while you pull down so you can kind of relax while you do your upper trap stretch. This also comes with a booklet explaining different ways to use the Thera Cane. The booklet actually taught me one I really like, which is the scaling pressure point, so you can do right in there in your neck. That feels really good if you're a big computer user and you bring your chin forward. I'll give you an up close. This is a nice round head here you can use for pressure point. Then here, that's my new favorite for scalings. The booklet shows how to use this for your lower back, which is nice. Then you've got your nice little things here just to help you pull down on your muscles. There's a good view of the size. I have been enjoying this so much. I think it's one of my best purchases I made a year and a half ago. I've had this for about a year and a half, and that is my point of view.
