Hey everyone, it's Gracie with WTI and today I wanted to tell you about these stir fry rice noodles from Thai Kitchen. So, I've had Thai food before and I've had rice noodles before, but I've never had the rice noodles from Thai Kitchen. And so, one of the recipes that I was making called for this brand of rice noodles and I gave these a try. And I am never cooking rice noodles from another brand ever again. So, these were great. They cooked super fast. Probably six to eight minutes and they were all done. So, let me just show you a little bit. So, this is the whole pack that it comes with. The recipe that I made called for half of the noodles. So, I used just half of them so you can see how many they come with. The noodles, you can see the size of them. They are pretty sturdy. Okay, trying to bend it. They're pretty good, pretty sturdy. They cook super fast. And what I really liked about them is how well they reheat. So, of course we didn't finish our soup dish that we made. So, I reheated the soup the next day and these noodles were like I just made them. They were just fresh. So, you know how normal pasta gets all like clumpy and you have to reheat it, reheat it to kind of get it back to its normal shape and size. Not with these. So, these reheated perfectly. You couldn't even tell they were a day old noodles. Another thing that I really like about this is these are wheat free, gluten free, and egg free. So, literally the only two ingredients are rice and water. I love that. I love that. So, if you have any kind of sensitivities, if you love Thai food, you love stir-fry, you love pad thai. Oh, pad thai is my favorite. That's going to be the next dish that we cook with this. So, you have to check these out. The stir-fry rice noodles from Thai Kitchen.
