Our Point of View on Swanwick Blue Light Blocking Glasses

Hi, I'm Amy from WTI and I found the solution to watching screens late at night and still being able to fall right asleep. And that's because of these Swanwick Blue Light Blocking Glasses. They work. They're amazing. I'm so in love with them. So they have an orange tint and they block out just about 100% of blue light. Now that's the light that we're getting from our laptops, our TVs, phones, our tablets. Putting these on sometimes feels like a big hug to my eyeballs. Our bodies need to produce the hormone melatonin in order to fall asleep, but blue light can block that. So that's where these help out so much with sleep. I think you're going to absolutely love them. You're not going to want to live without them once you have these, but that is my point of view.
