Our Point of View on Stitch-Opedia Embroidery Reference Book From Amazon

Hi there, it's Alex from WTI. I gotta tell you, I thought I knew a lot about embroidery because I've been doing it for a while until I got this book. It's a Stitch-a-pedia book and it's entitled The Only Embroidery Reference You'll Ever Need. 100% true. There are so many interesting facts about embroidery in this book and I love how it talks about how embroidery has been around. Like needlework has been around for so, so long and I love that it's still relevant today. There's some beautiful photos in the book and talks about a little bit of the history and some interesting facts about different types of needlework and embroidery, like cruel work, black work. It's incredible. All the different tiny little stitches and how they turn into beautiful works of art. That's what I love about embroidery. It's a little bit time consuming but the end results are so worth it. And one of the best things I like about this book is that it lies flat because it's a spiral bound book so it lies flat on your table so you can have it open for your reference. What's also great about it is it has the listings of all the stitches and them in color which is really helpful for when you're like, oh I think I know what that stitch is but I don't really know what the name is so you just look it up that way. And there's also some amazing projects to do at the end. This is a Kingfisher. How beautiful is that? Brodery is so much fun. They turn into, there's so many beautiful projects you can do with them and this book is definitely going to be needed if you're gonna do any type of embroidery. You're gonna learn so much from it and that's my point of view.
