Our Point of View on the StarTech.com Thunderbolt 2 Dock From Amazon

Hello, my name is John with WTI and today I wanted to show you my StarTech.com. Now this is a Thunderbolt 2 dock. Now I use this for my laptop and I absolutely love it. So just a quick rundown of some of the features that it has on the front. You have a USB A 3.0 along with your headphone jack. On the back it really gets interesting. So here you have your power, your DC power along with three more USB A 3.0. You also have a place for your Thunderbolt 2, Thunderbolt 2 spots right here. You have internet and a couple other things. And now let me show you what I use it for and why I love it. So I bought this dock because I hate having wires all over my desk. I want it to be as wireless as possible on my desk, as clutter free. So what I love about it is I have my laptop here and I just have the one cable, the one Thunderbolt 2 cable running into my dock which I'll show you on the other side and I'm able to have everything connected to it. So via the HDMI port I can connect my monitor to my laptop which is awesome. I'm able to connect my ring lamp via USB A. I'm able to connect my microphone via USB A. I'm able to connect also my tablet under here so I can connect that to my computer and my monitor and it also acts as a charger. And also I'm able to connect my headphones so that when I'm teaching English I can still listen to everything that's being said on my laptop. So all of these things together are connected via that one dock and as you can see there's absolutely basically no wires. Just the one Thunderbolt 2 wire connecting to the dock. So it just really cleans up your desk. So again this is the StarTech.com Thunderbolt 2 dock. I absolutely love it, highly recommend it. Again I'm John with WTI and that's my point of view.
