Hey, it's Rachel from WTI. Today I wanted to talk to you about a zinc supplement. This is from Solgar brand. It is a chelated zinc. So in this container you get 250 tablets. The tablets are not huge. They are 22 milligrams per tablet. And I really like this specific brand because it is a chelated zinc. So it's highly absorbed by the body. In the past when I've taken zinc, sometimes I notice that my stomach will hurt. I don't get that with this specific brand at all. Zinc is really important because we all want really good healthy functioning immune systems. And that's what it helps to do. It also helps to fight free radicals and helps to create healthy skin. Those are just some of the things that zinc does when I'm feeling like I'm coming down with something or maybe I'm just extra tired and have been around others that have been sick.
