Sofisti-Cat Scratch Deterrent Tape

Hey, it's Gina and Skully with WTI. And if you're dealing with a cat who is destroying your furniture, then maybe like me, you want to train them not to do that. That's where this Sofisti-Cat double -sided cat deterrent tape came into play. So cats hate sticky things on their paws, and they will remember and avoid those areas. You can even see on the underside of my couch that there's a couple toys here that my cat is ignoring because it knows that it's going to get sticky if it goes for them. A key to using the tape or the sheets is that you're going to want to make sure that your cat has plenty of other things to scratch on that are acceptable. Also, you're going to want to keep them on your furniture for probably about a month until your cat avoids those areas. Both the tape and the sheets are easy to put on. The sheets have a little tab on them that you can use to press down and then peel the back off. And then the tape has a nice seam down the middle and it just makes it really easy to remove that other side. I only use these on our fabric furniture and there has been no damage when removing them. My little brat for baby Skully may not recommend these products, but I definitely do. And that's my point of view.
