So all my kids can put their stanky feet in here and I don't have to worry about it because I can take this out longer and put back in for my feet. The different levels allow us for more compression or less compression. My kids prefer no compression. They just like the rollers to massage their feet. I like a little compression because it makes it feel like a deeper massage. I still like a good deep tissue massage, but this really has cut back on the amount of times I'm requesting my husband to rub my feet. The timer will shut it off every 15 minutes, so if you fall asleep, no problem. It'll kick off for you. Or if you want no heat, you can also kick that off. This is super loved by everyone in our family. This is what we do though. As soon as it kicks off, boom boom, back on again. This thing has a permanent home right beside our couch because we use this every single day. So please kick back and relax. Enjoy the snail acts like we do. That's my point of view.
